The place was sparkly clean with incredibly friendly staff, situated right by the beach and close to the cathedral; our double room was fantastic.

In the heart of the city, very convenient. Nearby Bar Gallo - great place to chill out.

We had a perfect stay at this small hotel. We had a satisfactory breakfast. Got the same a double room booked online with chairs giving a wonderful outside aspect for enjoying the views and view of the water and the marble bathroom. The hotels' team was amazingly nice and pleasant.

The hotel is located in a beachfront area near the beach and restaurants. It is right by the sea. - We booked a double room and had a great experience.

We originally booked the aisia Lekeitio Hotel for one night stop over en route back to our home on Costa Blance. On arrival we were greeted by a very nice recepionist spoke perfect English. She showed us our room, on the front with the most wounderful sea veiw looking over the Bay of Biscay, Massive large room with terrace. We then deceided to book for three nights extra, the staff were very informative most spoke good english, Joune the head waiter/barman/reception was great. The evening meal was a set meal at 18euros including wine and agua was very good. breakfast not to bad, you had to be down early to get a choice no replacements. The hotel itsself needed a little TLC which if we were to go back in the future i am sure it will be better.The hotel name is still in the original owners name which confused our Sat Nav, Altogether we had three relaxing days in a very pretty coastal fishing village.

The staff were very helpful, good command of English friendly, they even let me go behind reception to book our next hotel to Burgos. Evening meal worth trying, set menu, all fresh produce from area, good fish, nicely presented, dining room with beautiful veiws. massive bedroom with sea veiw. booked one night ended staying three.

It is a wonderful hotel with modern rooms and amazing views over the beach. Outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff as one would expect. - the venue provides an EXCELLENT service.

We were travelling as 2 elderly couples making a stopover whilst travelling Spain & France. One couple (namely my husband & I) had visited before and spent more time at this hotel and since we were in the area chose to stay there again because of its beautiful location in Pays Basques. Although we rarely have Spanish evening meals (because the Spanish don't have dinnner until 9pm - usually too late for our British digestion), we had been travelling a long way and we stayed up later than usual and had the evening meal. This was the very best meal throughout our trip. The location of this hotel is superb although we were disappointed we couldn't get sea view rooms (as we had the last time), but it was a Basque bank holiday, so we were glad we had booked in advance. Our travelling friends were thrilled with the beauty of this region, so I was happy that all my travel plans had come up trumps.

The last time my husband and I stayed in this hotel we had sea views, but they were not allocated to us this time, probably because we were only staying one night. This was the only disappointment. The food and location at this hotel was wonderful!!

The food was well prepared and offered a good variety each night. The view from the terrace and the aesthetics of the harbor are very enjoyable.

The food here was really good and the drinks were served hot. the location of this place is great, just a stone's throw away from the beach and many restaurants. the grounds are nicely kept and it's right in the center. 🌴

The daily service was excellent. The restaurant here was amazing with view of the water, we both ordered savoury dishes. The atmosphere created was quiet. The hotel had a stunning location in the centre of Lekeitio😃

The position of the hotel ... directly on the beach. Nice little fishing village. Friendliness of the hotel, particularly the reception, particularly Marian. Excellent.
